I founded Pinnacle Healthcare.

My experience in the Healthcare industry spans specialist regional firms in East Anglia and large corporate networks in the City of London. I founded Pinnacle so that I could create a dynamic team focused on servicing clients in the way I see fit.

With the consolidation of brokers in the healthcare market, clients may suddenly experience a change of advisors. This may lead to a change in the levels and style of customer service and perhaps to a more call centre type of service. 

Founding an independent brokerage means that I have the freedom to focus on customer service and provide a dedicated consultant to answer your questions. I want to build relationships that grow as your business grows and that’s why it is important to me that Pinnacle treats every single case individually.

I have experience working with businesses across sectors from finance to education, transport to recruitment, charities to technology companies. I pride myself on my exceptionally high client retention rate and customer satisfaction is paramount.
